When it’s time to say a hui hou, we pick you up at your hotel, load your bags and get you to HNL with time to spare. Flying to the mainland? Your bags clear an agricultural inspection before check-in, so we plan your pickup around it.

Is the service roundtrip or one-way?
Both. A round trip covers your arrival transfer from the airport to your hotel and your departure transfer back when it’s time to go home. One-way service is available in either direction.
How many passengers does the fare include?
Each fare includes a set number of passengers for your vehicle, with a small add-on for each additional traveler. The booking form shows your live, all-inclusive quote before you pay.
Do you charge for infants?
No. Children under four years of age ride free.
Do you have child car seats?
Yes. Car seats and boosters are available for a small fee and are chosen when you book.
Do you charge for luggage?
No, your luggage pieces ride free. There is only a small fee for large items such as golf bags, surfboards and bicycles. Questions about a large item? Call us at (808) 465-4580.
Do you go to areas other than Waikīkī?
Yes, anywhere on Oʻahu, including Ko Olina, Disney’s Aulani, Kāhala, the North Shore and Turtle Bay. Enter your address in the booking form for your fare.
Where do we get dropped off?
Right at your hotel entrance. Some shuttles drop you in a general area; we are not that type of service. We take you directly to your hotel and help you with your luggage.
Where do we meet our driver?
At the curb outside baggage claim. Once you have your bags, call or text (808) 797-7950 and your driver will meet you there. Meeting details also come with your confirmation.
What if my flight is early or late?
We track your flight, so your pickup moves with it. There’s nothing for you to call about, and a delay never adds a fee.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see in the booking form is the price you pay.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are a passenger carrier licensed by the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission, PUC 446-C2.
